Three stages.
Every team member.
Stage 01
The
Sitdown.

Your first official interview with the CEO. We want to know who you are, what you do, and where you're going.

Complete the interview sheet
Meet with Dolla directly
Discuss your goals and vision
Stage 02
The
Shadow.

Still a potential intern. Complete 3 Dolla Project missions to prove you're ready to be signed on as a Persona.

Attend a client consultation
Complete a client project
Work at a TDP event
Submit reports for each mission
Stage 03
The
Persona.

Complete all shadow missions and earn your place. If approved, you'll be officially signed on as a TDP Persona.
